Resident Evil 6 (PS3/PC/Xbox360)

Resident Evil 6, known as 'Biohazard 6' (バイオハザード6?) in Japan, is an action-adventure third-person shooter video game and the ninth main installment in the Resident Evil series, developed and published by Capcom. Capcom defines the game's genre as "dramatic horror", however there is disagreement among reviewers whether this installment belongs in survival horror genre. It was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 2, 2012. The Microsoft Windows version was released on March 22, 2013.

The story is told from the perspectives of Chris Redfield, a former member and founder of the BSAA traumatized by a failed operation, Leon S. Kennedy, a Raccoon City survivor and agent for the U.S. government, Jake Muller, illegitimate son of Albert Wesker and associate of Sherry Birkin, and Ada Wong, a freelance agent framed for the bio-terrorist attacks by Neo-Umbrella. They must all confront the force behind a massive bio-terrorist attack with the newly developed C-virus in cities across the world.

Concept development began as far back as 2009, with full development beginning the following year under Hiroyuki Kobayashi, who produced Resident Evil 4, and eventually grew to have the largest staff so far to work on a Resident Evil game. The game faced both negative reactions to the control problems with the demo and generally mixed reviews for the drastic shift in gameplay focus for the main game, being a point of both praise and criticism for different review outlets.

Thankfully for you, we’ve suffered every horrific surprise-attack death animation possible while creating this guide to all 80 of the game’s serpent emblem locations. So sit back, relax, and enjoy knowing that the only thing you have to worry about is stopping a global pandemic.

Leon's Campaign - Chapter 1

Emblem 1: Once you regain control after meeting Liz’s father, don’t proceed through the exit door in front of you. Instead, go left around the computer table and check the open storage closet.

Emblem 2: After escaping the horde in the hallway, you’ll have to make your way through a series of offices to find the campus keycard. In the third office there are three desks grouped together. Search the drawers to find a emblem.

Emblem 3: Soon after the segment in which the lights go out, you’ll open a door that leads back to the tracks. Drop down and turn right. There’s an emblem just underneath the train car.

Emblem 4: Just after the segment in which Helena gets tossed over to the opposite fire escape to open a door, you’ll find yourself inside a small bar. Walk past the counter and turn left. The emblem is under the bulletin board.

Leon's Campaign - Chapter 2

Emblem 1: Once the chapter begins, stay on the cobblestone path that winds through the cemetery. When you reach a green sign with an arrow next to a tall lamppost with a brown Tall Oaks Cathedral sign, run past them to bearing left to find a tall one tall four-sided tombstone surrounded by shorter tombstones. On the back of that tall tombstone, you’ll find an emblem.

Emblem 2: Once you enter the cathedral, run to the altar and turn around. Look high on the far wall to find an emblem. You can also get this later in the level, where it will be much more obvious.

Emblem 3: Once underground, you’ll come upon an interrogation room. Proceed until you’re in a hallway with rooms on both sides. Check the men’s restroom on the left side of the hall. Press the action button near the sink inside to drain it, revealing an emblem.

Emblem  4: After sliding down the chute into an area of ankle-deep water, look left after crawling under the second low archway.

Leon's Campaign - Chapter 3

Emblem 1: As soon as the chapter begins, walk forward into the first room and look up and to your left. (This is before you open the door.)

Emblem 2: Soon after you see the water monster for the first time, you’ll emerge from the waist deep water onto a dry path. As you proceed, check your left side for a coffin that can be opened. The emblem is inside.

Emblem 3: If you’re playing as Leon, you’ll reach a section where you have to cover Helena from a distance after the column onto which she jumps collapses. As you’re covering her, look for this emblem. If you’re playing as Helena, just make sure to turn around and check for this emblem before you jump to the place where you lower the bridge for Leon.

Emblem 4: As Leon, you’ll reach a point where you must swim to safety as Helena covers you from dry land. Once you climb out of the water, instead of going through the broken metal gate in front of you, turn right and climb the nearby ladder. Backtrack all the way to the corridor pictured above, where you’ll find an emblem in a half-barrel near some assault rifle rounds. As Helena, you’ll run across this naturally as you go to meet up with Leon after the underwater battle.
